MANILA, (PIA) — The National Citizens’ Movement for Free Elections (NAMFREL) will establish its national headquarters for the 2025 National and Local Elections at Carmen Hall, 12th Floor, DMG Center, Domingo M. Guevara St., Mandaluyong City, the election watchdog announced.
The headquarters will open Monday, May 12, operating 24 hours daily through May 15 to receive and verify election observations nationwide before scaling back operations at its head office in the same building.
NAMFREL will hold a media briefing at noon on Election Day at the headquarters, with additional briefings possible throughout the day and periodically thereafter. The organization will release bulletins throughout Election Day based on volunteer observations.
“NAMFREL encourages Filipinos to continue to be vigilant and to help ensure that elections will be peaceful, and that the vote count will be transparent,” the organization told PIA-NCR.
In partnership with Asia Pacific College and Geodata, NAMFREL will also operate an off-site Election Data Analytics Center at Asia Pacific College, Humabon Street, Magallanes, Makati City, starting May 12. The center will process election data for analysis and insights.
Press representatives and observers are welcome at both locations but must register at the respective lobbies and present credentials for entry. (JCO/PIA-NCR)
