MANILA, (PIA) — The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) said that the celebration of the Traslacion 2025 concluded generally safe and secured.
NCRPO chief PBGen Anthony Aberin commended the men and women of the Metro Manila police force.
“Today, we have proven that with our proactive measures and strong collaboration, we can successfully deliver the most appropriate security coverage, which resulted in a safe and secure celebration of the Feast of Nazareno,” said Aberin.
According to NCRPO, the procession lasted over 20 hours with around 8 million devotees.
The NCRPO deployed over 12,000 highly uniformed personnel, reinforced by more than 2,000 allied personnel from government agencies, LGUs, and medical teams.
This robust force ensured intensified preparations and the flawless execution of security and public safety measures. (JEG/PIA-NCR)
