Aberin reminded the recruits of their immense responsibility as police officers as he congratulated them for passing the demanding recruitment process and urged them to adopt the ‘AAA framework’ as their guiding principle.

Equip yourselves with the knowledge of Police Operational Procedures (POP) to ensure that your actions are guided by law and ethics. Take every opportunity to learn, grow, and prepare for the challenges ahead,” said Aberin.

He also commended the Recruitment Screening Committee (RSC) for ensuring the selection process upheld fairness and excellence.

Each recruit underwent a rigorous and transparent selection process, ensuring only the most qualified candidates joined the Philippine National Police.

Among the recruits were 58 graduates with Latin honors, reflecting their integrity, discipline, and commitment to service.

This recruitment process embodies the principles of AAA policing: ABLE to be equipped with skills and tools to excel; ACTIVE and proactive in addressing criminality; and ALLIED, fostering trust and collaboration with the community to ensure safety.

The new police officers also pledged to be faithful to the Philippine National Police and to uphold the service, honor, and justice journey as defenders of peace and order. (JEG/PIA-NCR)
