“Ang munisipyong ito ay hindi lang munisipyo ng mga empleyado at opisyal ng gobyerno, ito ay pagmamay-ari ng bawat isa — babae, lalake, bata o matanda na taga Diffun. I want you to feel the sense of belongingness, that every time you pass through the LGC, you can proudly say, it is ours,” Calaunan said.

She also thanked the local government team, contractors, and the people of Diffun for their patience and support throughout the construction process.

Meanwhile, Former Governor and Congressman Junie Cua, now the chairperson of John Jay Management, lauded Diffun’s proactive approach to improving its infrastructure.

“The new municipal building as Diffun’s monument of success. With this new facility, Diffun will be better equipped to meet the needs of the residents and foster a more efficient and responsive local government,” Cua said.
