New PUP engineering, architecture building to rise in Manila

QUEZON CITY, (PIA) — Good news for students of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)

The Department of Public Works and Highways-National Capital Region (DPWH-NCR) and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) recently led the groundbreaking ceremony for soon to rise four-story school building for the College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA).

The Php 94.3 million project will provide additional classrooms, laboratory, library, an audio-visual room, equipment, spaces, and facilities to be utilized not only by the students, but also by the administrative employees of the institution.

Moreover, the DPWH-NCR said that the building will also deliver new function rooms with bigger capacity to accommodate the school’s events and activities. (DPWH-NCR/PIA-NCR)
