QUEZON CITY, (PIA) — Good news! To further improve the infrastructure facilities of schools and universities, the Department of Public Works and Highways completed the rehabilitation, and construction of the gymnasium and multipurpose building of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) – Quezon City Campus in Barangay Commonwealth, Quezon City.
According to DPWH, the newly constructed multi-purpose building features the renovation of the university’s covered court and the construction of additional new facilities, including a conference room, two office rooms, each with a common comfort room, and a roof deck.
The newly-renovated gym serves as a venue for various events and activities hosted by the school, accommodating more people.
Likewise, the spacious gymnasium is equipped with large windows for proper ventilation also includes a stage adjacent to the court to accommodate the university. (JEG/PIA-NCR)
