NCRPO chief commends SPDs ‘Adopt a Family’ program

PASIG CITY, (PIA) -- National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief Police Major General Felipe R. Natividad commended the Southern Police District (SPD) for its "Adopt a Family" program that benefited families in Metro Manila.

Through SPD’s Community Affairs and Development Division, headed by Police Lieutenant Colonel Jenny Tecson, the program provides different services to families who are in dire need.

The SPD team again visited the place of Lola Lorna Gatdula of Taguig City who was chosen to be one of the recipients of said program. The southern police force provided food packs and face masks, among others.

According to NCRPO, Lola Lorna who takes care of four (4) children, personally sought the assistance of Tecson for her granddaughter’s education requirement.

The NCRPO chief also expressed his delight to SPD personnel for continuously providing assistance to those in need, especially in this time of the pandemic. (NCRPO/PIA-NCR)
