Police' RTC 6 joins month-long 'Brigada Eskwela'

NEGROS OCCIDENTAL (PIA) –- Police students and trainees at the Philippine National Police – Regional Training Center 6 in Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City extended help to the Department of Education’s month-long "Brigada Eskwela" acitivity.

Close to 800 police personnel at RTC6, including those from classes Busilak and Sumisiklab, lent their helping hands to nine schools as part of the Brigada sa Eskwela this year.

These PNP personnel served the following schools, namely, Jose Gonzaga Elementary School, Antonio L Jayme Elementary School, Hacienda Valung Murcia Elementary School, Jovito H Sayson National High School and Teofilo Gensoli Sr. National High School.

PCMS Nida Gregas, RTC6 Information Officer and Police Community Relations Officer, said the training center along with its personnel and trainees supports this annual endeavor of the Department of

Education to ensure the department is prepared with the opening of classes for a student-friendly environment in schools.
