Cebu Pacific launches new Cebu-Naga Route as it marks 27th Anniversary

NAGA CITY (PIA)— Starting March 26, Cebu Pacific (PSE:CEB) will fly four (4) times a week via its domestic route from Cebu to Naga as it celebrates its 27th year of bringing affordable, accessible and friendly flights to every “Juan.”

In a press statement,  Cebu Pacific President, and Chief Commercial Officer Xander Lao said that they are thrilled with the launching of the new Cebu-Naga route as it means giving opportunity to travelers, both domestic and foreign, to visit places within their means.

“We are excited to operate new routes from our second largest base, Cebu, as we mark our 27th anniversary in March. This is in line with our commitment to bring every Juan closer to each other as we make air travel more affordable and accessible to our customers,” Lao added.

Cebu Pacific, the leading airline in the Philippines, in its desire to provide more travel options for Filipinos and tourists planning to visit the Bicol region and Central Visayas, will fly four times weekly  - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday - making it the only carrier to operate flights directly between the two destinations, Selrahco PR Associate Hannah Mae Paler stated.

This move, according to Lao, is part of the airline's commitment to make air travel more accessible, promote tourism, and support economic recovery of these regions.

“Whether you're a first-time traveler or a seasoned adventurer, Cebu Pacific can help you experience the wonders of the Philippines as you explore the cultural heritage of Cebu and relax on the beautiful beaches of Moalboal and Bantayan,” Paler added.

Cebu Pacific's new route will provide a gateway to nearby locations and will enable every Juan to travel for leisure, food, or adventure and visit the stunning wonders of provinces like Bohol, Dumaguete, Iloilo, and Bacolod, which are home to a wealth of natural and cultural attractions.

With various destinations and affordable fares, Cebu Pacific can help you make the most of your trip to the Philippines and make moments happen for every Juan.
