TARLAC CITY (PIA) -- A total of 17 Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (MSMEs) in the province of Tarlac joined a mall bazaar to showcase their products.
The event was organized by Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Magic Star Mall to promote locally-produced processed foods, fashion accessories, footwear, furniture and home furnishings.
DTI OIC-Provincial Director Zaida Garibay highlighted the impact of the establishment’s strong support to local businesses, adding that this would help in expanding their market reach.
“For many years, Magic Star Mall has been our partner in supporting our local MSMEs. This event will definitely help our entrepreneurs as it will serve as a good venue to create business opportunities,” she said.
DTI also provides a series of training, such as Basic Photography for Social Media, at the same venue to attract more buyers, and encourage potential entrepreneurs.
The bazaar will run until March 31. (CLJD/TJBM-PIA 3)
