VIGAN CITY, Ilocos Sur (PIA) – Some 4,659 examinees will take the Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test for professional and sub-professional categories on Sunday, March 26 in the province of Ilocos Sur.
According to Civil Service Commission (CSC)-Ilocos Sur provincial director Marina Cabañero, this number includes those who refunded their exam fees for the cancelled schedules due to the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions.
Venues of the examination include the Ilocos Sur National High School and the University of Northern Philippines.
Cabañero reiterated that the examinees should bring their original identification card, preferably the same ID they presented during the application.
“Hindi po namin tatanggapin kung photocopy or picture na nasa cellphone. Importante kasi ito – No ID, No Exam kasi kaya huwag sanang kalimutan,” she added.
Further, she mentioned that examinees must strictly be inside the testing centers before 7:45a.m., otherwise they will not be able to take the examinations.
CSC Ilocos regional director Hedy Jose Lardizabal said, “Because mostly if not all, even in the hiring of casuals or job orders, eligibility is required so this exam is really important."
In the entire region, a total of 24,429 examinees will simultaneously take the exam on Sunday.
