The First Lady, in her message, outlined that as promised by   President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., essential health care services  will  made accessible to the  Filipinos down to their communities.

“In his SONA last year,  President Marcos said  we must bring medical services to the people and not wait for them to come to our hospitals and health care centers.  So,  I am here today to fulfill his promise.”

“This Lab for All project hopes to provide free laboratory, free consultations and free medicines to our kababayans. You will no longer have to spend your precious time and money to get in line to see a doctor or undergo lab tests or to stand in line to purchase medicines. In time, I bring this to you as the President promised,” she said.

“My husband would always say that it is important that we prioritize health care. The government must bring health care to the people. We should make it easy for them because a healthy community is a productive community,” Marcos stressed.

Meanwhile, Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan, in behalf of the city government of Baguio,  expressed gratitude to the First Lady and all of the partners and volunteers in the LAB for ALL caravan.

“In behalf of the officialdom of the City Baguio, we want to express our heartfelt appreciation to our guest of honor and speaker, the First Lady of the Philippines madam Liza Araneta – Marcos. Your commitment to the betterment of our society and your relentless pursuit of ensuring quality health care for all are truly commendable,” Olowan said.
