PALMA HALL, UP Diliman ─ The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) with the University of the Philippines – Diliman, will unveil the historical marker, “Rafael Palma” on 13 December, 9:00 a.m. The marker states:
NHCP Chair Regalado Trota Jose, Jr. will present the marker. UP-Diliman College of Social Sciences and Philosophy Dean Ruth R. Lusterio-Rico, Ph.D. will give her acceptance message.
The NHCP is the national government agency mandated to promote Philippine history through its museums, research, and publications, and to preserve historical heritage through conservation and the marking of historic sites and structures. (NHCP)
