NHCP unveils the ‘Remedios Gomez-Paraiso’ Historical Marker

MEXICO, Pampanga ─ The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) led by its Executive Director Carminda R. Arevalo, will unveil the “Remedios Gomez-Paraiso” historical marker on 10 July 2024. The marker states:

NHCP Executive Director Arevalo will present the historical marker and Atty. Renato “Aboy” Paraiso will deliver his acceptance message after signing the certificate of transfer.

Witnesses to the signing are Mexico Mayor Rodencio S. Gonzales and NHCP Deputy Executive Director Programs and Project Alvin R. Alcid.

The NHCP is the national government agency mandated to promote Philippine history through its museums, research, and publications, and to preserve historical heritage through conservation and the marking of historic sites and structures. (NHCP)
