Oriental Mindoro opens 1st 3D Art Museum in MIMAROPA region, 3rd in PH

The province of Oriental Mindoro proved its dedication to strengthening tourism by opening the first 3D Art Maze Museum in the entire MIMAROPA region, and third in the Philippines.

Located in the town of Naujan, the museum is built on a 1.8-hectare land owned and managed by the Naujan municipal government. The museum is designed to offer a unique interactive and immersive experience for tourists, allowing visitors to engage with various artworks through the illusion of perspective and 3D effects.

According to Naujan Public Information Officer and Tourism coordinator Disoy Gillado, the establishment of the museum is part of their efforts to enhance tourism and promote art and culture.

[We are the third in the entire country to have a 3D art museum, which we can say is a great help, especially in educating children particularly about the rich culture and natural wealth of Naujan and Oriental Mindoro, which can be seen in this museum.]

Nikki Aubrey Fabon, a student from Naujan Municipal High School, invited fellow locals and even visitors from other areas to come and witness firsthand the first 3D Art Museum in the province.

[I invite everyone to visit the Art Maze here in Oriental Mindoro. When you come here, you will learn a lot, be entertained, and gain knowledge that you can share with others.]

In line with the National Arts Month, it is crucial to pass on the knowledge of our ancestors’ culture and arts to the younger generation, and at the 3D Art Maze Museum in Oriental Mindoro, the vibrant Mindoreño culture is alive– something that we can take pride in, not only in the province but also across the entire country.
