CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro (PIA) — The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro has opened the 2024 Search for Outstanding Police in the province.
“The search is open to all active members of the Philippine National Police currently serving the province who excelled and manifested exemplary performance in the line of duty earmarked with outstanding accomplishments and remarkable influence in the maintenance of public safety and order and fight against all forms of criminality, lawlessness and the protection of the lives and properties of every Mindoreño,” a social media post of the Provincial Information Office said.
Eight recipients of the award shall be chosen from four categories, namely Commissioned Officers (1 awardee); Non-commissioned Officers (1 awardee); Administrative (2 awardees) and; Operational (4 awardees).
Each awardee will receive P25,000 and a recognition plaque inscribed with the title “Oriental Mindoro’s Finest.”
The nomination is open until August 30, 2024, while the deadline for submission of nominees is September 6, 2024.
