MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL (PIA) — About 2,400 members of the fishing community in Ozamiz City received their P3,000 in cash assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Ayuda para sa Kapos and Kita Program (AKAP) program.
