OWWA trains Novo Vizcayanos in business management

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya (PIA) – The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) has provided business management training for 34 Novo Vizcayanos recently.

The capacity development initiative aims to equip the participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to pursue their business ventures.

Rody Recesio, OWWA Family Welfare officer, said the training offered lectures and learning sessions under the enhanced entrepreneurial development training focused on financial literacy, values formation, and business plan preparation, among others in partnership with the provincial government.

Speakers from the Department of Agriculture, Department of Trade and Industry, and Land Bank of the Philippines also augmented the training.

“With this training and assistance, we expect an empowered sector of our OFWs and their families in this province,” he said. (OTB/BME/PIA NVizcaya)
