The initiative aims to serve 100 children per cluster, with each barangay providing 20 free circumcision services. The barangay chairman of all 51 barangays appreciated this program, recognizing the significant financial relief it offers to parents.

“This initiative is a great help to our community,” expressed one of the barangay leaders. “Parents no longer have to bear the financial burden, and the services are conveniently provided within designated barangay clusters,” the chair added.

“Operation Tuli” is part of the broader Padayon Asenso Ozamiz Administration’s focus on medical and health services for the city’s residents. City Councilor Carlo Murallon emphasized the importance of accessible healthcare, stating, “Our administration is dedicated to ensuring that essential health services are available to all. This program is a testament to our commitment to the well-being of our children and community.”

By providing essential services to citizens, the medical mission is key to improving public health in Ozamiz City. “Operation Tuli” highlights the city’s commitment to meeting the healthcare needs of its youth, ensuring a healthier future for Ozamiznon families.
