CALAMBA CITY, Laguna (PIA) – The Pag-IBIG Fund Southern Tagalog encourages its members to take full advantage of its virtual services, bringing Pag-IBIG’s offerings right at their members’ fingertips.
In an interview with Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas, PAG-IBIG Fund Southern Tagalog Acting Vice President Nanette Gerarda Abilay emphasized the importance of the Virtual Pag-IBIG in ensuring that services remain accessible to every member.
“PAG-IBIG’s objective is to make the lives of our members easier, we make our services accessible to our members so we now have the Virtual Pag-Ibig. This is a complete office of PAG-IBIG in the comfort of your home. We created this so members of PAG-IBIG Fund can have access to our services,”
Virtual Pag-IBIG offers a comprehensive range of services that members can access easily, including membership, application for housing and multi-purpose loans, and real-time tracking of application status.
Members can also view their savings, track loan payments, and update their records – all without visiting a physical office.
“We have made great strides in enhancing our digital services, and I urge everyone to download the Virtual Pag-IBIG app. It provides a hassle-free way to check your contributions, apply for loans, and make payments directly from your smartphone. This is part of our ongoing commitment to make Pag-IBIG services more accessible to every Filipino, wherever they may be,” she said.
PAG-IBIG has also partnered with various digital platforms and establishments, making it easier for members to pay their contributions and loan payments through digital wallets and banking channels, offering members flexibility and convenience.
Abilay added: “PAG-IBIG Fund aligns with our efforts to make our services accessible we also partner with other payment channels to allow employers to repeat their counterpart as well as their employee’s contributions, members to conveniently repeat their regular and MP2 savings and borrowers to pay for their housing loans and short-term loans monthly.”
The Pag-IBIG Fund aims to streamline processes and reduce wait times to deliver excellent service to its over 16 million members nationwide.
