“We hope that our OFWs and their families will be able to address their problems and elevate their economic conditions,” Gammad said.

Rose Patricio, a beneficiary, thanked OWWA for the medical assistance she received.

“This will enable me to settle my medical expenses due to an illness. We hope that more assistance will be given to us so that we can hurdle with life’s challenges,” she said.

Vice Governor Eufemia Dacayo, who attended the distribution,  urged the OFWs to use and maximize the assistance for their benefit.

She also assured that the provincial government will assist OFWs in the province to improve their living conditions. (BME/PIA NVizcaya)
