QUEZON CITY, (PIA) — The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and SMC Mass Rail Transit 7 Inc., advise motorists that Commonwealth Avenue lanes between University Avenue and Tandang Sora Avenue will be temporarily closed this weekend.
The road closure along the Commonwealth Avenue Eastbound Lane will begin on March 15 (Saturday) at 10:00 PM until March 16 (Sunday), 4:00 AM.
According to DOTr, the temporary closure will be done to give way for the installation of steel structure of the footbridge that will connect to the Tandang Sora Station of the Metro Rail Transit Line-7 (MRT-7).
Motorists are advised to take alternative routes to avoid inconvenience. (JEG/PIA-NCR)
