PASIG CITY, (PIA) — Good news! The City Government of Pasig will hold its 4th Mega Job Fair and OFW Caravan to be held at the 3/F of the Robinsons Metro East on November 15, Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
With more than 60 local and overseas companies will participate in the job fair, providing job opportunities for Pasigueños.
A one-stop-shop will also be available during the job fair. First-time jobseekers can avail of free police clearance or register or avail of the registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and Social Security System (SSS).
First time job applicants are advised to bring the following to be able to avail of the free government services: Barangay Certification stating as first-time jobseeker and resident of said barangay, including number of months or years of residence in the barangay (must be a resident of said barangay for more than six months), and valid ID.

Meanwhile, the event will also feature government services for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), to include: Welfare and Legal Desk, E-Registration Help-Desk, Reintegration Assistance, Seminar/Orientation on Anti-Illegal Recruitment and Trafficking-In-Persons (AIR-TIP) from the Department of Migrant Workers; OFW Help Desk of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration; and Information Desk on programs and services of the Commission on Filipinos Overseas.
Likewise, the Pasig City Skills Development Office will also be present during the job fair to offer trainings for National Certification. Trainings will be provided by the Pasig City Institute of Science and Technology, a TESDA-accredited training center.
