MANILA — President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has issued Proclamation No. 611, declaring July 1 a special non-working day in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental to mark the celebration of its charter anniversary.
In signing the proclamation, President Marcos said “it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.”
The Proclamation was signed by Executive Secretary Lucas P. Bersamin on June 29. (PND)
