Ginhatagan pagtamod ni Presidente Marcos ang importansya sang laye sa paghubog sang mas mabakod kag mas resilient nga sektor sang agrikultura kag sa pagsilot sa pagsabotahe sang ekonomiya partikular ang smuggling, hoarding kag mga cartel operation nga nagalakip sang mga agricultural and fishery product.
“This law shapes a stronger, more resilient agricultural sector that defends both our farmers and our consumers. It also safeguards public health by preventing the consumption or industrial processing of agricultural products that lack the necessary sanitary and phytosanitary permits.
