NAPOLCOM - CAR Regional Director Editha Puddoc leads the launching of the Police Community Relations Month in the Cordillera Region in a kapihan media forum. She is joined by officials of the Police Regional Office - Cordillera and Baguio City Police Office to give updates on their community relations and development programs. Cordillera remains to be the home of the most discipline cops according to Puddoc.
