The Bislig Shotokan Karatedo Team Young Tiger, with the Chief Instructor Rex Retaga Ronquillo, paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Florencio C. Garay on September 9, 2022, at the Office of the City Mayor in Bislig City. The team emerged as 6th placer among the 20 competitors from different cities in the 2022 Kalivungan Festival Karatedo Tournament last August 28, held in Amas, Kidapawan City, and received a total of 14 medals consisting of the following:
● 3 - gold medals,
● 3 - silver medals, and
● 8 - bronze medals
