The Philippine Information Agency (PIA) conducted a Management Directorate Conference at the PIA Auditorium and via Zoom, November 10.

Discussed and reviewed during the conference were the Agency’s key strategies; formulation and validation of the said strategies and activities; Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) – Performance Measures and Indicators; current activities of the Agency, Freedom of Information (FOI) and its line agency, the Bureau of Communication Services (BCS); and the pointers on Completed Staff Work (CSW).

The said conference was led by PIA Director-General Ramon Lee Cualoping III and attended by PIA Officials, Regional Heads, and Division Chiefs, together with the officials of FOI and BCS.
