GO 24/7
Since 2022, the word “Revenge Travel” has been on the rise. Everyone is taking every opportunity to vent their concerns about missed plans and trips after the Covid-19 pandemic halted all travel opportunities.
With the current rise in travel, Robinsons Hotels and Resorts has chosen to empower their clients by breaking the traditional hotel stay period of the customary 2pm to 4pm check-in schedule with its GO 24/7 hallmark offer.
Tourists, backpackers and business travelers will be able to check in at any time of day and stay within a 24-hour period countrywide beginning 3.2.23, or March 2, 2023. This provides a customizable itinerary for everyone who wants to make the most of their time and activities.
The hassle-free booking will initially be accessible in seven (7) strategic Go Hotels properties, namely Dumaguete, Iloilo, Lanang-Davao, Mandaluyong, Otis-Manila, Puerto Princesa, and Tacloban, for as little as Php1,600++.
This offer is only available for stays booked 72 hours in advance of the check-in date. Visitors must declare their check-in time at the time of booking and may only be able to make adjustments by calling the booked hotel up to 48 hours before the check-in date, free of charge. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the check-in date, or if the visitor fails to arrive, the first night will be charged to the guest.
Prepayment is necessary to secure the reservation. Non-guaranteed reservations will only be held for 24 hours before it will be released.
“We may be the first to introduce this in the hospitality industry in the country, wherein guests can check in as soon as they arrive atthe hotel, anytime of the day without additional charge. This ensures a hassle-free experience allowing them to #GoExploreMore,” said Nonito Cuizon, Marketing Director of Robinsons Hotels and Resorts.
GO 24/7 is bookable through direct e-mails, direct calls, and in Go Hotels booking engine.
GO 365
Meanwhile, for the guests who like to plan ahead, Robinsons Hotels and Resorts has
extended its booking availability from 15 days up to 365 days in advance of stay dates with a 10% discount off the best available rate. Pre-payment is required to guarantee reservation.
With Go 365 guests can secure their preferred room type, activities, and other arrangements for their staycation. “Best tip is to pair these with your periodic promo flights, paid leaves and planned events, ensuring peace of mind knowing that your comfortable and safe stay is secured in advance,” Mr. Cuizon suggested.
