PLGU seeks PRC service center in Nueva Vizcaya

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya (PIA) – The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya wants the Professional Regulations Commission to establish a service center at the provincial capitol compound.

Gov. Jose Gambito said he requested PRC Chairperson Charito Zamora to establish their PRC Service Center at the provincial capitol compound by offering the Nightingale Hall as their service facility.

“Time and time again, our fellow Novo Vizcayanos have been traveling to Metro Manila, Baguio City, Santiago City, or Tuguegarao City to avail of the services of the PRC, particularly professionals seeking PRC licenses, and this practice brought economic as well as physical burden for them,” he said.

Gambito said that  Novo Vizcayanos and adjacent villagers of Nueva Vizcaya such as Ifugao and Quirino provinces will benefit most by bringing the services of the PRC closer in the province.

He said the proposed PRC Service Center which will be housed at the Nightingale Hall is strategically located within the capital town of Bayombong, thereby making it accessible to various clients.

“This accessibility is expected to streamline the process for professionals, allowing for more efficient handling of their transactions, issues, and concerns,” Gambito said. (BME/PIA NVizcaya)
