CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY (PIA) — The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) participated in the National Housing Authority’s (NHA) People’s Caravan on October 29 at Barangay Mambuaya, this city.
This event provided essential services to the community, promoting access to vital documentation and support.
During the event, the PSA offered several primary services, including National ID Registration and status inquiry, consultations, and assistance with security papers such as Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Death Certificates, CENOMAR, and CENODEATH. These reflect PSA’s commitment to enhancing the lives of Filipinos by ensuring they have access to important identity documents.
“We are honored that the invited agencies accepted our request to join this caravan, allowing us to connect with the community and offer essential services that support their daily lives. Events like these allow us to engage with the public and address their needs effectively,” said Engr. Madeline Gilda S. Abellera, OIC – Regional Manager of NHA.
The People’s Caravan is part of a broader effort of the NHA to reach out to underserved communities, ensuring that essential government services are accessible to all citizens. The event saw a significant turnout, with community members taking advantage of the services.
