PSA Quirino achieves 90.61% PhilSys registration

CABARROGUIS, Quirino (PIA)—The Philippine Statistics Authority-Quirino provincial office reported that it has registered 184,696 individuals in the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) or  90.6 percent coverage of the province’s total population as of January 1, 2025.

Chief Statistical Specialist Cherry Grace D. Agustin said the accomplishment reflects their agency’s commitment to bringing the National ID services closer to every Quirinian, ensuring a more inclusive and accessible registration process for all.

Agustin further said the  PSA also launched various on-site National ID Registration in the six municipalities as among the highlights of the 35th Civil Registration Month which kicked off on February 4, 2025.

In collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare and Development, the PSA conducted an on-site National ID Registration and PCN Authentication for the beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in Barangay Gulac, Diffun; Magsaysay, Saguday and other barangays.

Furthermore,  in its continued effort to bring government services closer to institutions, the PSA also conducted an Institutional National ID Registration at the Quirino Police Provincial Office, San Leonardo, Aglipay to streamline the registration process for the personnel of the QPPO, providing them with convenient access to the PhilSys.
