CITY OF TABUK,Kalinga(PIA)–The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT)-Kalinga is encouraging the public to download the eGovPH mobile app to enjoy the convenience of accessing government services through a single platform.
Launched last year, the eGovPH app is a one-stop-shop enabling users to transact with government agencies easily.
It integrates the services of government agencies including the Government Service Insurance System, Pag-IBIG , Social Security System, and Philippine Health Insurance Corporation.
“Sa iisang platform, makikita natin lahat yung mga services of the bureaucracy ng Philippines,” DICT-Kalinga provincial officer Mona Vizcarra said.
“Meron na yang GSIS, PAGIBIG. Pag once na-verified na yung mga accounts ninyo, even sa SSS and sa PAG-IBIG, pwede no niya maaccess yung accounts [niyo] diyan,”
The app can be downloaded from the Apple Store and the Google Play Store.
Users need to verify their account to maximize the app’s features.
To sign up, users need to create an MPIN and then provide their demographic information such as name, address, birthdate, and gender.
The app also requires a live selfie for verification and to serve as the user’s ID picture for the app.(IOS-PIA Kalinga)
