VALENZUELA CITY, (PIA) — The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), in cooperation with the CaMaNaVa (Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela) District Office, continues to provide training to upgrade the skills of Filipinos.
Through TESDA’s community-based training, parents from Disiplina Village High School and Bignay Elementary School in Valenzuela City were recently provided with practical skills training in dishwashing liquid making that can also provide livelihood opportunity.

Aside from the free practical skills training, tool,s and raw materials were provided to participants to support their households and explore livelihood opportunities. (JEG/PIA-NCR)
