TESDA Camiguin launches bread, pastry training for Tulong Trabaho scholars

CAMIGUIN (PIA) — To develop skills and enhance employability, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Camiguin Provincial Office kicked off the Bread and Pastry Production NC II training under the Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program through a Training Induction Program (TIP) held at Barangay Pontod, Mahinog, on November 24.

The Provincial Training Center-Camiguin, facilitating the program, welcomed 15 scholars from various parts of the province, all eager to embark on their journey of skill development and livelihood opportunities.

Provincial Director Mohaisen R. Manalao led the event, supported by Supervising TESD Specialist Erna S. Amores, Administrative Assistant Ruelyn S. Bulawin, Senior TESD Specialist Teddy B. Veloso, and the team from the Provincial Training Center.

“We are committed to equipping participants with skills that unlock new opportunities and empower communities,” Manalao said.

Through the Bread and Pastry Production training, Manalao said the participants will gain certifications that pave the way for better career prospects and entrepreneurial ventures. (RTP/PIA-10/Camiguin)
