ICYMI: Presiding Judge Iulia Motoc clarified that former president Rodrigo Duterte’s first ICC hearing on March 14 was only to inform him of his rights and charges.
A full procedure will follow, leading to the Confirmation of Charges, where he can address the arrest warrant, charges, and jurisdiction issues.
