CONCEPCION, TARLAC ─ The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) led by its Executive Director Carminda R. Arevalo will unveil the historical marker, “Concepcion Presidencia Building” on 30 April, 8:00 a.m. The marker states:

NHCP Executive Director Arevalo will present the marker after which Concepcion Mayor Noel L. Villanueva will deliver his acceptance message.
The NHCP is the national government agency mandated to promote Philippine history through its museums, research, and publications, and to preserve historical heritage through conservation and the marking of historic sites and structures.
