Valenzuela City police gets 40 motorcycles, 25 patrol vehicles

MANILA, (PIA) — The city government of Valenzuela City has recently turned over 40 new motorcycles and 25 patrol vehicles to its police force. 

The turnover was held at the ALERT Multi-Purpose Center Hall, highlighting the city’s commitment to enhancing public safety.

Senator Francis Tolentino alongside Valenzuela City Mayor Wes Gatchalian, and local officials, participated in the event.

According to the city’s Public Information Office (PIO), the local government allocated P49 million for the new vehicles as part of its efforts to maintain peace and order in the community.

This initiative is aimed at ensuring that our police officers have the necessary tools to effectively perform their duties and keep our residents safe,” said Gatchalian during the ceremony.  (JCO/PIA-NCR)
