“As of today, we have 267,970 active 4Ps household beneficiaries in northern Mindanao. This September, 33,000 4Ps households will graduate from the program. Last March 2024, more than 53,000 have graduated from the program,” Inodeo said.

Aside from sharing information about 4Ps, Inodeo also shared tips on handling press conferences with the students to help them understand the art of questioning in real-world interviews, preparing them for future press conference engagements.

Recthie Paculba, the DevCom 21 instructor, organized the exercise, while Reign Dela Calzada, a student from the class, moderated it. Through this initiative, the students had the opportunity to hone their communication skills and learn how to conduct professional interviews, a key aspect of their field.

“This activity is conducted to provide hands-on learning experiences for its Development Communication students, equipping them with the skills necessary for a career in media and communication,” Paculba said. (NAJY/XUDC/PIA-10)
