New Isabela police chief assumes post

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (PIA) -- The new Isabela Police Provincial Office (IPPO) chief has officially assumed post after the turn over ceremony held on January 4, 2023.

Incoming IPPO chief Col. Lee Allen B. Bauding assumed the leadership of the Isabela Police replacing outgoing chief Col. Julio Go.

Go relinquished his post as the provincial director upon signing of the Police Regional Office (PRO) - 2 General Order 2024-22 held at Camp Lt. Rosauro Toda Jr on January 4, 2023.

The turn over ceremony was presided over by Deputy Regional Director for Administration B/Gen Marcial Mariano Magistrado IV representing PRO-2 Director B/Gen. Christopher Birung.

Go expressed his thanks to the support of the Provincial Government under the leadership of Gov. Rodolfo Albano III and Vice Gov. Faustino G. Dy III and other sectors in the province during his 2-year stint as head of the Isabela Police in maintaining the peace and order of the province.

On the other hand, incoming IPPO Provincial Director Col. Lee Allen Bauding vowed to continue the programs, projects and initiative of his predecessor and collaborate with other sectors to ensure the tranquility and safety of all Isabeleños under his leadership.

He vowed to align the IPPO’s efforts with the Chief PNP's comprehensive 5-focus agenda namely personnel morale and welfare, community engagement, integrity enhancement, ICT development, and honest law enforcement operations.

Bauding was the chief of the Anti Kidnapping Group (AKG) Visayas Field Unit, AKG Luzon Field Unit, and the Intelligence, Research, and Analysis Division of PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group before assuming the assuming the post at the Isabela provincial police. (MGE / PIA Isabela)
