Facsimile copy of ‘Noli Me Tangere’ now released

QUEZON CITY, (PIA) -- Are you a history fan? Then it’s time to grab a copy of the facsimile of the original manuscript of our national hero’s famous book, "Noli Me Tangere" or "Touch Me Not."

The facsimile (faithful reproduction) of the original Spanish manuscript as written by Jose Rizal -- in his own handwriting; with his edits, corrections and deletions -- as submitted to the typesetters of Berliner Buchdruckerei Aktiengesellschaft on March 1887.

According to the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP), the book is priced at P2,450.00 each.
