DPWH completes P5M healthcare facility in Solano town

SOLANO, Nueva Vizcaya (PIA) -- The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has completed the construction of the Solano Healthcare Facility and Multi-Purpose Hall in Barangay Uddiawan, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya.

DPWH District Engineer Marifel Andes said the P5 million project, which was funded through the 2023 Regular Infrastructure Program, reflects the government's commitment to community well-being under President Marcos’ Bagong Pilipinas strategic development initiatives.

She said the completed health facility project underscores the government's focus on public health and communal spaces as integral components of sustainable community development.

“This achievement marks a milestone for the engineering district, solidifying its role in enhancing the quality of life for our constituents,” Andes said.

She further said the healthcare facility will improve the quality and accessibility of health service programs of the government in the community. 

“This will serve as a health facility and a versatile space for community activities. The multipurpose hall also addresses educational needs by providing a conducive environment for learning and extracurricular activities, fostering holistic community development,” Andes said.
