DMMMSU opens applications for AY 2024-2025

SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union, Feb. 16 (PIA)— The Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU) opens applications for freshmen and transferees for the academic year (AY) 2024-2025.
 
Applications for freshmen and transferees are open until May 31.
 
Entrance exams will be held from March 9 to June 8, with results released July 8 to 12.
 
DMMMSU offers diverse learning experiences across its three campuses: North La Union (Bacnotan), Mid La Union (San Fernando City), and South La Union (Agoo).
 
DMMMSU Vice-President for Academic Affairs Elsie Pacho invites future leaders and scholars to join their vibrant academic community.
 
“We at the Students Admission and Records Office will be happy to assist you...always looking forward to [having] the best batch of college students enrolling into our various programs,” she added.
 
Applicants must bring a completed application form, downloadable at http://tinyurl.com/DMMMSUCATAPPLICATIONFORM2024, and two identical 2"x2" recent ID pictures with their name on a white background.
 
Senior High School graduates must bring a photocopy of their Form 138/report card for Grade 12.
 
Current Senior High School students must bring a photocopy of their Grade 12 first semester Form 138/report card signed by the School Head/Principal or authorized representative.
 
Transferees must bring a photocopy of their official transcript of records or a certified copy of grades issued by their previous institution.
 
Applicants for the Open University System in the Mid La Union campus must bring a photocopy of Form 138/report card, an official transcript of records, or a certified copy of grades issued by their previous institution.
 
Prospective students must submit their completed application forms and required documents to the Guidance and Counseling Office of the campus where they wish to enroll.
 
Upon submitting their requirements, applicants will receive the date of their admission test and the date their test results will be released.
 
DMMMSU, the sole state university in La Union, eagerly awaits the approval of the Commission on Higher Education to open its doors to the first cohort of medical students next academic year.
 
This exciting development will further expand the university's diverse range of program offerings.
