735 Cauayeños benefit from PNP's outreach program

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (PIA) - A total of 735 residents of Cauayan City, Isabela have benefited from the city police's community outreach program recently.

Chief of Police Lt. Col. Ernesto Nebalasca Jr said the activity is in support to Executive Order 70, otherwise known as the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) by delivering services to the people in the countryside.

Nebalasca said the initiated activity in Barangay Gappal was made possible with the support of the City Government of Cauayan, Isabela Police Provincial Office (IPPO), IPPO Officers Ladies Club, Police Regional Medical and Dental Unit (PRO-RMDU) - 2, Barangay officials of Gappal, ICON Eagles Club, citizens Crime Watch Special Task Force Region 2, City Health Office (CHO) - 1 and 2, Cauayan District Hospital, Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terrismo (KKDAT) Cauayan City Chapter and Advocacy Groups and Force Multipliers.

The beneficiries, including the learners of Gappal Elementary School, were given grocery items, school supplies, food packs, medicines, vitamins and eye glasses.

Aside from the items, a free medical check up, free circumcision under the police station’s Project ROBIN (Ritwal na Operasyon upang maging ganap na BINata) and tree planting. (MGE/ PIA Isabela)
