New school buildings serve 500 learners and teachers in Abra town

SAN JUAN, Abra (PIA) -- About 500 school children and teachers in San Juan enjoy new buildings from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the municipal government.

The more than P5.2 million-worth projects funded through the Local Government Support Fund-Growth Equity Fund (LGFS-GEF) of the DILG were implemented in Daoidao, Cabcaburao, and Supiil elementary schools.

The LGFS-GEF gives additional funding support to disadvantaged municipalities for the implementation of their priority projects and services.
