The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) National Capital Region through the Pasay-Makati (PasMak) District, is happy to announce that SM Retail Inc. has an approved apprentice program of Customer Services NC II in SM Makati and SM MOA.

TESDA PasMak invites applicants to join the SM Apprentice Program, with the following qualifications:

Male or female

At least high school graduate or senior high school graduate

Willing to interact with customers and perform essential customer service requirements.
