ICPO Director Police Colonel Joeresty P. Coronica was grateful for the contribution of everyone as he attributed the milestone to their cooperation and support shown.

"Again, we made it—the merriest and safest sailing event, and we thank you for being with us. Everyone's commitment to show that we are in service for the Ilonggos is appreciated. No amount of 'salamat' can commensurate the feeling of gratefulness," said Coronica.

He also cited the efforts of the men and women of ICPO and the augmented personnel, other law enforcement agencies for the peaceful conduct of the largest and oldest sailing event in Asia this year.

The ICPO further thanked stakeholders, other government agencies, and the law enforcement agencies for their active involvement to ensure the success of this year’s celebration highlighted by various activities since its opening on February 25.

The whole-of-government approach, cooperation, and collaboration significantly contributed to the peaceful conduct of this annual event, said ICPO in a press report. (AAL/LAF/PIA6-Iloilo)
