CDA one-stop-shop empowers small and micro coops in Abra

PIDIGAN, Abra (PIA) -- Medium, small, and micro cooperatives in the province of Abra benefit from the one-stop-shop activity of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) recently conducted at the Mount Carmel Agri-Tourism and Training Center in Pidigan, Abra.

The two-day activity offered technical assistance, and a seminar to boost the operation of cooperatives in the province.

CDA-Abra head Julio Decaleng shared that the activity assisted cooperatives in submitting mandatory reports online through the Coop Annual Information System, updating of books and records, and training on the fundamentals of cooperatives, and strategic planning.

“Our goal for this is adda kuma plano ken program da tapno haan nga makuna nga come what may ti operation. Aside from fundamentals of cooperatives ket maikan da ti training on governance and management,” he shared.
