“As your commander, I am deeply proud of the growth and development you have displayed throughout your tenure. You have not only met but exceeded all expectations. It is evident that your contribution has greatly enriched our regiment and strengthened our capabilities,” he said.

Furthermore, Olarte extended his gratitude to civilian stakeholders and members of their multi-sector advisory board for their support and collaboration. These stakeholders played an instrumental role in facilitating the regiment's mission and enabling it to fulfill its responsibilities effectively.

Some of these stakeholders include the Philippine Information Agency, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, Iligan Light and Power Inc. , Inner Wheel Club Lanao del Norte, the Armed Forces and Police Savings and Loans Association, Inc., the provincial government of Lanao del Norte, the city government of Iligan, media partners, and more.

Olarte stated that the regiment's strong bond with civilian stakeholders and advisory board members exemplifies the power of cooperation and mutual respect.

“Your invaluable contributions have not only enhanced our operational capabilities but also strengthened the fabric of our community. As we move forward, let us continue to nurture this vital relationship, recognizing that our collective efforts are essential to the security and prosperity of our nation,” he said.
