Upgraded health facility to benefit village residents of Jones

CITY OF ILAGAN, isabela (PIA) - The newly-upgraded health center, funded under the 2022 Support to Barangay Development Program (SBDP), is expected to benefit the village residents of Villa Bello in Jones, Isabela.

The inauguration of the facility was conducted recently led by Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) - Isabela cluster head Imelda Aquino and Jones Municipal Administrator Manuel Cabungcal.

Cabungcal said the rehabilitation of the said facility was primarily considered when LGU Jones was granted with the Support to Barangay Development Program fund from the DILG.

He said the facility is a need for the village as the barangay is far from the health service centers.

The health center is composed of health clinic with birthing facility, which will cater not only the residents of Villa Bello but also its nearby barangays.
